Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Every team arrives with commercial-grade vacuums, microfiber systems and eco-friendly, pet- and kid-safe products — all included in the price. If you'd rather we used your products (common with stone, specialty hardwood or allergy households), leave them out and note it in your booking.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, and most clients aren't. You can let us in yourself, leave a lockbox or keypad code, arrange doorman access, or have us hold a key. Held keys are tagged with a code — never an address — and stored in a locked safe at our Garden City office.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Every Veo cleaner is a W-2 employee — never a subcontractor — and is background-checked before their first shift. We carry general liability and are bonded. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and we issue one automatically for commercial accounts and most buildings.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the areas in question at no charge. No forms, no argument. If we still haven't got it right, we refund that visit.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Recurring service is discounted but not locked. Reschedule, pause or cancel any visit up to 24 hours before it starts at no charge — by text, email or phone. Inside 24 hours we ask for a $45 late-cancellation fee, since the crew's day is already committed.
What about pets?
Pets are welcome to stay home — most of our clients have them. Just let us know their names and temperament so the crew isn't a surprise to either party. Products are plant-derived and safe around animals once dry.
Why is the first clean more expensive?
Because it's doing a year's worth of catching up. The first visit is a deep clean — baseboards, inside appliances, grout, vents, behind and under furniture — which sets the baseline. From the second visit on, maintaining that baseline is faster and cheaper.
Do you handle commercial accounts?
Yes — offices, retail, studios, clinics and medical suites across Nassau County, typically cleaned after hours. Commercial work is quoted per site after a short walkthrough, and we provide a COI, key control documentation and a named account lead.
